Colors and prints can vary slightly between screens, print runs, garment dye lots, and your display — that's the nature of apparel, not a defect. Photos are representative; the item you receive may differ subtly. For custom orders, the final look is confirmed with you before we produce it. Small natural variations are expected and are not defects.

Because pieces are unique, each one is marked available, sold, or made to order. A piece marked sold is gone — there isn't another exactly like it. Made-to-order pieces are crafted after you reach out, so timing and the final look are discussed directly with you.

There's no checkout on the site right now. To buy or ask about a piece, use the inquiry form on any product page. We'll reply by email, usually within two days, to confirm availability, price, and how payment and delivery will work. Nothing is reserved or owed until we confirm the details with you.

Listed prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. The price we confirm by email when you inquire is the price that applies to your piece. Prices don't include shipping unless we say so.

The photos, words, and designs on this site belong to Flawless Felons. Please don't copy, resell, or reuse them without our permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages.

Please use the site and its forms in good faith — don't submit spam, abusive messages, or attempt to disrupt the site. We may decline or remove inquiries that are abusive or automated.

Our products are sold as described and pictured, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Printed and embroidered apparel can be sensitive to high heat and rough washing; following the care label keeps it looking its best. To the extent the law allows, Flawless Felons isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or a piece. If something arrives not as described, email us and we'll make it right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

We may update these terms as the shop grows — for example, when online checkout launches. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you're okay with the current version.
